Tired

I can’t believe it’s almost been two weeks since little Courtney made her grand entrance. I can’t believe that this time 2 weeks ago I was still in the hospital! In some ways, it feels like forever ago, and in others ways, just yesterday.

We went and had dinner at our friends Tony and Kelly’s house last night. They have a daughter who is 13 days older than Courtney. They are struggling with some acid reflux issues with her, just as they did with their 2 & ½ year old. We hadn’t seen Hailey in 2 weeks roughly and I couldn’t get over how much she had changed just in those 2 weeks! They really do grow up fast!

I know that Courtney all ready has 3 outfits she is no longer able to wear, including the one we brought her home from the hospital in. She is not able to straighten her legs out in them now! I know she sure has changed since she was born! We do have more pictures to post, Hubby just has to get the card out of the camera and get them posted. I will remind him to do that.

I am feeling pretty exhausted today for some reason. I have had a couple naps all ready today. I don’t know if the week is catching up with me or what. So, we are taking it easy today and tomorrow.

Maggie still has a cone on her head, poor dog, to TRY to prevent her from licking her stitches. However, being as flexible as she is, she can get her nose to her cut and lick them anyway. So, we have to keep an eye on her and stop her when she does it. She has the little scab underneath the cut licked off and raw. Silly dog.

Well, Courtney is starting to fuss so I better go grab her. Hope everyone is well.
